My Auto Racer Favorites

Buddy and Joey Arrington. Joey is still building High Performance Race Engines. He established his reputation building Dodge Racing Engines but has expanded to include Chevy, Ford, and Toyota as well. His company is Race Engines Plus located in Concord, NC.

Most memorable. 1992 NASCAR CUP Championship. The trend toward dominance by a few large well financed race teams had already begun; and then along came owner/driver Alan Kulwicki.

Another owner/driver I admire is Ricky Rudd; especially his Brickyard 400 accomplishment.
